Organising a corporate event can be hard work, we can help in a number of ways.

Can you bring Monnow Events to us?
We usually provide activities at our own 350-acre site deep in the heart of the Herefordshire countryside. However, sometimes our location may not suit your event. For instance you may be holding a conference at a hotel in another part of the country and would like to do some outdoor activities after the conference. In this instance we can bring our equipment to your venue*. This means that delegates can have some indoor or outdoor fun or team building activities, without travelling.

*Most venues will charge their client a facility fee and we would require permission to operate the various types of equipment on their land.

Do you offer Catering on site?
We can provide breakfast, lunch or an evening meal on site. This normally comprises bacon rolls, a packed lunch, a two-course hot meal or barbecue. All food has to be booked in advance.

Do you have any accommodation?
We have a bunkhouse on site where we can sleep up to 24 people. There is a shower block and toilets. Please bring your own sleeping bags!

Are we insured for Personal Accidents?
As a company we are covered for Public Liability Insurance. We also offer Personal Accident Insurance to all our clients as an option, details available on request.

How do you deal with large groups?
Our aim is to keep all members of a large group busy and reduce time spent standing around waiting. Ideally 8 to10 people make a good size team for most outdoor activities. Therefore, if we have a group of 40 people we would split them into 4 to 5 teams and provide 4 to 5 different activities. Each team would start on a different activity and after the set time for each activity would move on to the next, until all activities have been completed. We are happy to accommodate small groups of 10 up to large groups of 80 people at any one time.

Some single activities lend themselves to larger groups such as Paintball sessions, Assault Course and Go-Karting. Equally Quad Bike Trekking and Shooting Activities are ideal for small groups of less than 10.
