Survival and combat mission packages - Let Monnow events help you design your own package to ensure maximum enjoyment, fulfilment, value for money and maybe a little tiredness and hunger! Come to the Herefordshire countryside to find out if you have the right attitude to be fit to fight in a survival situation.

Whatever package you choose, an enemy force will be present, just to keep you alert, add realism and more importantly – make things that little bit more interesting!

Hereford base

Home of United Kingdom Special Forces (UKSF) Herefordshire has all the countryside, terrain and seasons to fulfil even the most adventurous of individuals. Rivers, hills and woodland provide the perfect environment for survival training and ‘real time’ training scenarios.

Camp craft

After a short tour around the survival lane to whet the appetite, you will be expected to survive and continue to operate with the minimum of resources. You will be instructed in the survival triangle, improvised shelter, clothing and weapons, trapping, skinning, cooking, edible plants and fungi. You and your patrol members will be allocated an area for you to turn into home for the duration of the package.

Most outdoor activities involve an element of risk. We encourage people to consider Personal Accident Insurance. Corporate Groups may find that their own company policy covers, or could be adjusted to cover, a single event. If not, we are able to offer a choice of policies and details which will be sent on request.
