GO KARTS

With race car handling and 9 hp Honda engines go karting on our purpose built track is one of the quickest driving experiences you’ll find at Monnow Events reaching speeds of 40 to 45 mph. Located within our 350 acre site in the Monnow Valley, the 500m Tarmac Racing track ensures excitement and a spectacular setting. Drivers are given a full safety briefing and racing tips, prior to go karting. Each competitor gets a warm up lap to get used to the circuit and controlling the go karts. Competitors then race in a series of Heats to Qualify for the finals. 3 go karts race in each heat. The Semi- final leads onto a head-to-head shoot out between the top two competitors.

Most outdoor activities involve an element of risk. We encourage people to consider Personal Accident Insurance. Corporate Groups may find that their own company policy covers, or could be adjusted to cover, a single event. If not, we are able to offer a choice of policies and details which will be sent on request.
